Darryl Henson

President of Instep Ministries International

Darryl and his wife, Joyce co-founded and also lead the Instep Ministries International in 2008. Before this role, Darryl had served as a pastor in Canada and the United States for over 23 years. Darryl and Joyce have three children and five grandchildren who live in the United States. Darryl has always been passionate about leadership development, discipleship, and church planting. He and his wife have lived in Europe for 15+ years. They mentor and give counsel to a network of pastors called IMI Fellowship, which they formed more recently. Darryl believes that healthy pastors and churches are God’s instruments to expand His kingdom in the world.
