Darryl and his wife, Joyce co-founded and led the Instep Ministries International since 2008.  Before this role, Darryl had served as a pastor in Canada and the United States for over 23 years.   Darryl has always been passionate about leadership development, discipleship, and church planting.  He and his wife have lived in Europe for 15+ years and now returned to the States and operate the ministry from there.  They mentor and give counsel to a network of pastors called IMI Fellowship, which they formed more recently. Darryl believes that healthy pastors and churches are God’s instruments to expand His kingdom in the world. Joyce enjoys mentoring women and encouraging pastor's wives. Darryl and Joyce have three children and five grandchildren who live in the United States.
